HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is an international food safety management method that proactively analyzes potential hazards in food manufacturing — including microorganisms, chemicals, and foreign matter — identifies critical control points (CCPs), and manages them intensively.

Rather than relying solely on final product inspection, this preventive approach ensures safety at every stage of the manufacturing process.

HACCP(危害分析关键控制点)是一种国际食品卫生管理方法,对食品制造过程中的食品安全危害因素(微生物、化学物质、异物等)进行预先分析,识别关键控制点(CCP)并集中管控。

这种预防性方法在制造流程的每个环节确保安全性,而不仅仅依赖对最终产品的检测。

It requires systematic management of all aspects of food safety — not just the manufacturing process, but also raw material procurement, product dispatch, organizational communication, and emergency response.

Hita Tenryosui obtained ISO22000 certification in 2011 and has maintained the most current management systems through continuous audits ever since.

FSSC22000 is the food industry's highest international certification, adding specific manufacturing-floor management standards (prerequisite programs) and additional requirements on top of ISO22000.
