日田天領水は2005年に初受賞（二ツ星）して以来、2010年からは最高ランクである「三ツ星」を連続受賞。2026年も三ツ星認定を取得しており、これは日田天領水の品質が国際的にも継続的に認められていることを意味しています。
ITI (International Taste Institute) is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, and is one of the world's most prestigious food evaluation bodies. Judges include top chefs and sommeliers recognized by the Michelin Guide and Gault&Millau, who rigorously evaluate food and beverages from around the world.
Hita Tenryosui first received the ITI award in 2005 (two stars), and has been awarded the highest "Three-Star" rating consecutively since 2010 — including 2026 — demonstrating sustained international recognition of its quality.
